Research On Development And Practicable Financing Modes Of Airport Bonded Logistics Center

In international trade, the port area is considered to be an ideal position for the trade, which has a great strategic value of logistics. Airport logistics is a particular logistics industry which developed from the trade advantages of airport. Due to its unique bonded function, airport bonded logistics has been viewed as a significant focus of airport logistics’ industry chain. Recently, with the great achievement of airport logistics, more and more people are interested in its financial potential. How to use airport bonded logistics’ financing business to facilitate the airport bonded logistics’ development is becoming an attractive question.In order to explore the internal cause and possibility of financing operations about airport bonded logistics, this study systematically reviewed airport bonded logistics’ development, pervious research in airport logistics, bonded logistics and logistic finance respectively. With the result of review, this study analysed and discuss the theory and deep motive of airport bonded logistics, and then raised a series of practicable financing models about airport bonded logistics by using Shenzhen airport bonded logistics centre as an example.Firstly, basing on the previous study about airport bonded logistics, this study reviewed the development of airport bonded logistics, and analysed the deep motive of this development. Secondly, after reviewed and constructed the relative concepts about airport logistics, bonded logistics and logistics finance, drawing from three aspects-- construction of system, type of business and analysis of risk--, this study raised several airport bonded logistics’ practicable financing models. Thirdly, after inducing and analysing the characteristics of different financing models, this study combined Shenzhen airport’s general strategic plans and development situation with previous theoretical models together, and then came out a series of bonded pledge guarantee financing models for Shenzhen airport bonded logistics centre. Finally, in order to effectively realise the financing plan of airport bonded logistics, this study gave some suggestions for government, airport operating organization and financing institution respectively.
