In recent years, with the deepening of global economic integration level, enterprises face the competition is increasingly fierce, cruel, enterprise’s survival and development environment has become increasingly dynamic, complicated, obtain and maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises is also increasingly difficult. This paper, on the basis of related literature at home and abroad, discusses the support of the government behavior is really effective in promoting the development of enterprise innovation activities? And what are the specific situation of impact? To innovate and improve the long-term competitive advantage for the enterprise to provide important reference.This study, first of all, on the basis of literature study and theoretical analysis, build the relationship between the leadership style, organizational innovation and organizational performance model, and will get extensive attention of the government support as regulating transformational leadership, parents leadership behavior and destructive innovation, maintenance of external regulation for further study, put forward hypothesis. And through questionnaires, to verify the theoretical model to collect the data needed, the exploration of government support for between leadership style and organizational innovation mechanism, to achieve in theory, can further enrich the role of the government support in leadership and innovation relations; In practice, for the domestic enterprise leadership in promoting innovation should provide theoretical reference when to get government support. In this paper, the results show that, in the face of the different types of innovation(destructive innovation/maintenance), and the various stages of government support, should adopt the corresponding paternalistic leadership behavior type(parent/transformational leadership). Under the leadership of different leadership styles, should according to the government policy adjustment for the selection of innovation type, improve the organizational performance.
