With the advent of the new economy,innovation is becoming more and more important for our country.Among many kinds of organizations,enterprise is undoubtedly the main player of innovation.At present,there are two trends in the innovation of China`s enterprises.The first one is the increasing concern about innovation within enterprises,and the continuous increase of innovation investment.In 2016,the growth rate of R&D investment in China reached 14.7%,occupying the fourth place in the world.The second one is that a large number of enterprises are inclined to establish networks to share innovation resources and enhance innovation capability as cross-border integration has gradually become an important trend in the development of industry.Relying on the government and enterprise,remarkable achievements have been made in the innovation area,and a number of enterprises are leading the development of the global industry.But it can not be ignored that the innovation of China`s enterprises is still facing many problems and challenges.Moreover,innovation has gradually become the process of the internal and external interaction of the enterprise.In such a process,how to coordinate the relationship between internal and external environment? How to give full play to the synergy of the various subjects in the innovation network? This is not only the common reality problem that many enterprises are facing,but also the academic proposition in the frontier of this subject.On the basis of extensive literature research,this paper tries to analyze how to promote enterprise innovation from three aspects-internal environment,external environment and synergy of internal and external environment.Among the factors of innovation,people are the most critical elements,and leadership is the main builder of the internal environment of the enterprise.Based on this concept,this paper focuses on transformational leadership and extends to employee innovation behavior and organizational innovation climate.With the increasing cooperative innovation,this paper focuses on the innovation network for the research of external environment,and selects inter-organizational dependent etc.to study the synergy of internal and external environment.Based on the relevant research,the paper constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors of organizational innovation performance including three levels: individual,organization and network,designs relevant questionnaires,and selects multiple innovative enterprises to conduct questionnaire research.A total of 237 effective leader questionnaires and 242 effective employee questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 81%.On this basis,this paper clarifies the influence mechanism of transformational leadership and innovation network on innovation through SEM,and reveals the dynamic process of employee innovation behavior and organizational innovation by Vensim.The results show that: a)transformational leadership has significant positive impact on innovation performance which is largely transmitted by employee innovation behavior.Furthermore,perceived organizational support,perceived leadership support,voice behavior,organizational innovation climate play an intermediary role,internal marketing,proactive personality plays a regulatory role,and in the simulation period,the interaction between these variables is enlarged gradually over time;b)the simulation of transformational leadership shows that the effect of high level of transformational leadership on employee innovative behavior is significantly higher than that of the low level of transformational leadership.But in the high level of the transformational leadership mode,this effect will be weakened with time;c)the results of the paper are mostly consistent with previous research.However,in the research of innovation network,the paper finds that the effect of innovation network scale on the innovation performance shows an U type which is different with most research.That is to say,there is an optimal scale of innovation network,when the scale of innovation network is smaller than the optimal scale,innovation performance increases with the expansion of the scale of innovation network,once beyond the optimal scale,it will change accordingly.d)a large number of studies suggest that there is a natural relationship between employee innovation behavior and innovation performance,namely employee innovation behavior will positively influence organizational innovation performance.However,the simulation result shows although the employee innovation behavior maintains sustained growth,the innovation performance will decline in a time.It can be inferred that a long period of development may offset the positive impact of employees' innovative behavior for reasons such as the change of external environment or rigidification.And this time point will come in advance at the highest level of transformational leadership.The paper constructs a theoretical model of the influence factors of innovation performance and reveals the impacts of different variables on the innovation performance and their evolution which enriches and expands the research field and provides theoretical support for the decision making and also has reference significance to other types of organizations.
