Study On The Strategic Transformation And Capital Structure Of Coal Production Enterprises

The acceleration of the process of global economic integration has resulted in great changes in the development of coal production enterprises, and the competitive advantage is being eroded at the beginning. Strategic transformation is the only way in recent year that coal production enterprises under the severe environment to seek its sustainable development. in the face of the new situation the enterprise strategy transformation, Researching the relationship between transformation ability, performance and the corporate capital structure of coal production enterprises. for the coal production enterprises strategic transformation provides relevant suggestions for development has important practical significance.In this paper, on the basis of existing research results, according to the current development of the strategic transformation of coal production enterprises in our country, firstly, proposed the hypothetical relationship between transformation ability, performance and the corporate capital structure, established the theoretical model of the relationship between the three. secondly, the collected data of 32 capacity factor of coal production enterprises strategic transformation by means of questionnaire survey, combined with annual data of coal production enterprises and social responsibility report data of 2011-2014, defines the transformation of performance indicators and the coal production enterprise restructuring index capital during the period of the measurement; then according to the norms of research methods that the theory-model-demonstration, using SPSS21.0 and AMOS20.0 statistical software, testing the reliability and validity of the data, establish the SEM between transformation ability, performance and the corporate capital structure of coal production enterprises, through factor analysis and path analysis of the influence of the relationship between the three; finally, according to the empirical results. Put forward relevant suggestions to optimize the capital structure during the transformation of coal production enterprises.
