Transformation is the key strategic choice for enterprises to rebuild their capabilities and enhance their competitiveness.It is also an important way to realize the structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of resource-based industries and optimize the allocation of resources.China's coal industry has developed,and it has gone through six stages since its establishing in 1949.At present,China's coal industry is in the cold winter,large coal enterprises are also at a critical turning point.On one hand,from the nature of coal industry,the coal industry is a capital intensive and technology intensive industry,resources,capital and technology are the lifeblood of enterprise development.At present,large coal enterprises in China are faced with the problems of coal mine aging,heavy debts,low profitability and lack of independent innovation capability,which has weakened the sustainable development ability of large coal enterprises.On the other hand,from the industrial structure,China's coal industry has the characteristics of low industrial concentration,small enterprises too much,which makes the coal industry homogeneous competition,and there is a vicious competition.Therefore,under the dual pressure of macro-control and industry competition,a batch of large-scale coal enterprises seeking to survive and develop in transition have emerged.Scholars at home and abroad have made a thorough study of the transformation of resource-based enterprises,but the way to change is closely related to the specific situation of enterprises,and it has diversity and challenges,so there has not been consistent conclusion.Most of our current research is the overall research of the coal industry,involving the research capacity of large coal enterprises based on the transformation of less,our country is in a specific period of deepening reform and economic transition,the current research background China large-coal-enterprises to comprehensive energy firm strategic transformation capability,has extremely important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the strategic management theory,dynamic strategic capabilitytheory and niche theory,this paper explores the strategic transformation ability and Countermeasures of large coal enterprises to the integrated energy enterprises.The main points are as follows:(1)According to dynamic strategic ability theory and niche theory,redefining the connotation of integrated energy companies of large coal enterprises,and focuses on the current situation,the transformation motivation of large-scale coal enterprises,advantages and problems,from the "state" and "potential" two aspects of large coal enterprises to comprehensive energy strategy the factors influencing the transformation ability.(2)Constructing evaluation index system of transformation capability.From the "state" and "potential" in two aspects,enterprise resources,enterprise scale and market position;environment to promote ability,management ability,innovation ability,transformation ability seven aspects to establish the evaluation index system.(3)Using model and data.The relevant statistical data of 2013~2015national 39 large-scale coal enterprises based on the analytic hierarchy process,model,niche mutation model of the statistics of the 39 large coal enterprises to comprehensive energy enterprise strategic transformation situation ability score,finally through the clustering analysis and the strategic transformation capability of the 39 enterprises are classified into three types.(4)Main conclusions.According to the results of statistical research,in view of the three types of large coal enterprises with transition capability as category I,class II and class III,the corresponding countermeasures for promoting the strategic transformation of large coal enterprises to integrated energy enterprises are put forward.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)redefining the connotation of large-scale coal enterprises and integrated energy enterprises,and comparing them.(2)evaluate the situation ability of niche theory constructs the large-scale coal enterprise strategic transformation to the integrated energy system based on the enterprise,to help identify the large-scale coal enterprise transformation ability,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures about strategic transformation.It laid the foundation of strategic transformation for large-scale coal enterprises to comprehensive energy enterprises.And it has the practical reference significance.
