Researching The Influential Factors Of Food Enterprise Decision Making Under The Perspective Of Social Responsibility

In recent years, food safety incidents arises incessantly in China though with the huge improvement of the food-stuff industry. Some of the food enterprises mind off their corporate social responsibility only for pursuit economic interests. Food safety incidents like “Poison dumplings”, “Clenobuterol hydrochloride poison event”, “fake eggs” harm the public’s health and safety seriously, also make negative influence for corporate reputation. These food safety incidents expose some of our food enterprises unconsciousness of social responsibility and question the food-stuff industry how tot take into account the corporate social responsibility(CSR) in making decisions. What factors can influence food enterprises’ decision is the problem we focus on and research.In view of corporate social responsibility, this paper will focus on the factors that affect food enterprises decision making. Firstly, this paper summarizes the background, purpose and significance of the research, and then defines the related concepts and discusses the basic theory of corporate social responsibility and corporate decision-making. It will provide the foundation for the expansion of the paper. Secondly, combining the academic perspective and empirical research conclusions, this paper, the factors that affect food enterprises decision are summarized into two categories: internal factors and external factors. And then build the model for the factors affecting food enterprise decision-making and management. Finally, through the analysis of the related cases, and the factor analysis of the questionnaire data, the aforementioned factors are further confirmed.This paper find in the premise of market economy, the food enterprises about the food safety not only has the dominant economic responsibility and legal responsibility, and more need to reflect the corporate social responsibility. Only to completely practice the social responsibility, the economic responsibility and legal responsibility of the food enterprises have the real significance.
