Research On Problems And Solutions Of Corporate Social Responsibility Of Construction Enterprises

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been given our wide attention and recognition since it was introduced to China. Many enterprises have gradually realized that corporate social responsibility can increase enterprises’competitiveness and better returns. Especially under the background of the international competition and cooperation, it is very important that Chinese enterprises fulfill CSR consciously. But our country has not a complete theory system and standard of corporate social responsibility in accordance with the national conditions. So enterprises fulfill corporate social responsibility with the lack of the consciousness, and worry about no returns of responsible investment. Problems of corporate social responsibility are quite common in Chinese enterprises. Construction enterprises are also such. And the problem of the lack of social responsibility in construction enterprises is more serious because construction enterprises have characteristics of single, mobility, multiple parties and bad environment.This paper expounds fulfilling social responsibility will increase competitive advantage and economic performance of enterprises, through summary analysis of development process and theory system of the domestic and foreign corporate social responsibility. The paper also introduces the main content and implementation ways of corporate social responsibility from the view of construction enterprises, simultaneously problems of social responsibility become evident. Analysis research of incentives and solutions of social responsibility questions is the focus of this paper in the field of construction enterprises. Through the method of case analysis and the empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the causes of the problem, and finds solutions of the existing problems, combined macroscopic and microscopic factors.This paper analyzes causes of questions of CSR from a variety of perspectives, aiming at several prominent questions of CSR in the construction enterprises, such as the consciousness of fulfilling CSR, the engineering ethics and occupation ethics of registered engineers, low level of productivity and resource utilization rate, qualification linked and irregularities of bidding, problems of project management of investment and supervision participants, and problems of project management of construction enterprises. Expectedly, creative solutions for difficult situations or problems will be regarded as decision-making implementations of corporate social responsibility management of construction enterprises.
