Research On Eco-friendly Agricultural Development In The Source Of South-to-north Water Diversion Dengzhou

Eco-friendly agriculture is a new direction for the development of modern agriculture, which is advocated by the Party and the Government in recent years. It is very important and urgent to develop Eco-friendly agriculture, especially in the South-to North Water Diversion Project, such as the ecological weak area which should be paid more attention and study.This paper chose the South-to-North Water Diversion Project to Dengzhou city as the empirical analysis object. Based on full investigation and first-hand data, with the use of sustainable development concept, ecological economics, the two-type Agricultural as well as literature data method, case study, interviews and other research methods, it elaborates the current situation of Dengzhou Eco-friendly agricultural development comprehensively. Through the study, it shows that the theoretical system of Eco-friendly agriculture is still not perfect, the ecological resources is in a short board condition. Guiding mechanism has not been set in due level. Insufficient investment funds, imperfect top-level design, old traditional production, Unfit-full high technology, different farmer personal quality are remains serious problems. After the analysis, the outcome are as follows: theoretical research needs to be further done, resource utilization is lack of planning the drive of guide mechanism is not enough, the local government did not pay much attention to the problems. Except that, the blind pursuit of high output, weak agricultural science and technology resources, the lack of high-quality farmers are still in research. To solve these problems comprehensively and systematically, the government need to take measures to strengthen Eco-agriculture theory research, plan and use resources scientifically, improve the policy support and project support, increase funding and supervision, give full play to the government’s leading role, strengthen the scientific mode of production, establish scientific and technological innovation and demonstration platform as well as promote the professional farmer training project. Through problems analysis, causes study, countermeasures of pilot three progressive research ideas, this study was improved effectively.The research result to the conversion efficiency was also accelerated which providing suggestions for the regional economic development and the whole project of South to North Water Diversion as well as the safe District Agricultural production.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(I) the preliminary exploration on the ecology friendly agriculture;(II) depth study of the eco-friendly agriculture in the national economy of multi-function and comprehensive effect;(III)analysis of the causes of problems in Dengzhou city of South-to-North Water Diversion Project where the source of water in the eco-friendly agriculture development.
