This paper firstly describes the development of county rural financial convenient stores, analyzes the origin of the rural county, related practice, characteristics and analyzes the threats the entire county’s rural financial convenient store faces, by Potter five forces model. Secondly, this paper takes Changshan County Farmers Association’s "Harmonious Neighbor Harvest Station" for example, by examining its practical significance on the spot, researching for its internal and external factors by SWOT analysis and carrying out an appropriate competition strategy and suggestions for improvement, In the end, this paper summarizes and makes a blueprint for the development of the county rural financial convenient stores.
