Research On The Measurement Of Farmers’ Willingness To Cultivate And Compensation Standard In Agricultural Production Areas

Cultivated land as a human in the social economic life survival carrier, the quantity and quality with industrialization and urbanization accelerating also decreased and arable land resources in our country by the unprecedented threats and challenges. In this case, the country has implemented the strictest arable land protection system, and in "Eleventh Five Year Plan" proposed to build optimized development, key development, restrictions on development and prohibit the development of four main functional areas, which will limit the development zones are defined for the main agricultural areas, key ecological function zones, aimed at strengthening the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, provide the function of ecological protection. But there is a big gap between the cultivated land protection and utilization effect and the institutional arrangement of the agricultural products producing areas. This is a threat to the food security, social stability and economic development. How to better protect the cultivated land in the main producing areas of agricultural products has become the focus of the current government and scholars.At present, relevant research on compensation of cultivated land is not uncommon, and these studies also focus on the compensation system of arable land for construction and land compensation did not get the expected effectiveness of deep-seated reasons analysis, but from the compensation for land farmers are the main subject of as a research perspective, the compensation mechanism of cultivated land core standard amount of research is still rare. This article based on cultivated land compensation related theories and methods of analysis, starting from the land of externality, public goods attribute, revealing farmer true farming will and on the basis of the calculation of land compensation standards.This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is about the connotation of the compensation of cultivated land and the related theories. The above two chapters as the foreword part of the paper, to pave the way for further research. The third chapter analyzes the farmers cognition of farming, farming motivation and desire, was adopted in the final logistic econometric model to calculate the farmers farming will, eventually got five factors affecting farmers willingness, respectively for the occupational structure, the influence of individual and family income, cultivated land quality and land on household income effect. In fourth and five chapter, the CVM and CE methods were used to calculate the elastic range of the compensation standard of cultivated land, and finally calculate the compensation standard of cultivated land in the main producing areas of agricultural products for 7901.29-17155.34 yuan/mu. The sixth chapter, as a summary of the chapter, summarizes the conclusion of this paper, and gives the relevant policy recommendations, as well as the shortcomings and prospects of this study.
