The Research On The Limitation And Compensation Of Agricultural Land Development Rights In The Main Producing Areas Of Agricultural Produce

Agriculture is the foundation of our country,the foundation of great powers.The agricultural production status of agricultural products is very important in our country’s agricultural status,which is directly related to the food supply and food security of the country.Major agricultural products producing areas of farmland development rights restricted loss calculation and compensation study,for ensuring the food security in our country,increase farmers’ income,promote agricultural sustainable development has very important practical significance.In this paper,from an economic perspective,combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,empirical analysis and normative analysis,combining methods of econometric models to conduct research.The research content mainly from the following several parts: the first part of producing agricultural products,agricultural development,agricultural development limited several related concepts such as the loss.The second part of the paper studies the present situation and trend of the research in this paper.The third part qualitatively expounds the theoretic basis of the limitation compensation for agricultural land development in the main producing region of agricultural produce.The fourth part use intention survey method based on micro data of henan agricultural products producing questionnaire,obtain the farmers intend to value compensation(Will to Accept,WTA),and analyze the influence factors of affect the farmers intend to value compensation.The fifth part attempts to construct the compensation mechanism for agricultural land development rights in the main producing areas of agricultural products,and the corresponding proposals are put forward in part 6.Chapter 7 is the conclusion and shortcomings of the article.Agricultural products producing refers to provide agricultural products as the main body function,have good agricultural production condition,the need to limit in the national spatial development for high strength of large-scale industrialization urbanization development area.Due to the limited farmland development,local government and farmers cannot enjoy the farmland into industrial,construction and other non-agricultural land use and value-added benefits,the central government and non-farm products producing the government,enterprises and residents to deal with agricultural producing government,enterprises and residents income loss caused by the limited farmland development rights to compensate.The measurement results showed that the value of the compensation of the farmers was mainly concentrated in 1000 yuan per year,and the mean was 929.51 yuan per year.The main factors affecting the value of the compensation of the farmers are: the individual characteristics of the farmer,the utilization of farmland and the protection consciousness of the farmers.Among them,the better farmers use the better farmers,the lower the value of the reward.Farmers who are more conscious of the protection of the land,the lower the value of the will;The heterogeneity of individual characteristics of peasant households also influences the value of the reward.
