Network organization is a new-type organization pattern to realize the complementary advantages among enterprises, reduce transaction costs, and strengthen enterprises’ survival ability. It is also a highly sensitive system which is to the risk of cross-complex. These enterprises have to face the objective existence of various risks when they own the advantage of network organization mode. The occurrence and conduction of risk is quite possibly bringing network organization turbulence, at the same time, in order to control risk enterprises will expend considerable cost, and limit the development of network organization. Therefore, the research on dynamic conducting rules of risks in network organization and propose strategies for guarding risks have become an urgent study.First of all, based on the relevant literatures in domestic and overseas, this paper analyzed the basic elements characteristics of risk conduction of network organization. Building a dynamic model that is network organization risk conduction, which based on SIS model of complex network. And we analyze the dynamic development law through simulating risk conduction process. At last, on the basis of the classic immunization strategy, this paper established the immunization strategy model of reducing the business and simulated. The research will be helpful to put forward specific and operational risk prevention strategies.This paper made use of the network organization theory and complex network theory, researching the risk conduction process and the prevention strategies. This study uses dynamic simulation, not only the static qualitative analysis methods such as traditional literature analysis, which analyzed network organization risk conduction process from conduction thresholds, conduction velocity and different attack strategy, and researched risk prevention strategies of network organization utilizing acquaintance immunization model. The research findings show that the risk conduction of network organization has path-dependent and different network structure has different robustness on risk conduction; risk can complete conduction in a short time, therefore, early risk conduction is key time node for the health of the whole network organization when enterprises should take control measures and narrow conduction threshold gap down in small range as far as possible, which will lead to a win-win situation. Meanwhile, modeling of the risk conduction process and immunization strategies, analyzing the results that revealed the insider of risk conduction and putting forward the maneuverability tools of the risk prevention are of theoretical and practical significance, which are to promote the study of network organization governance theory, the sustainable development of the enterprises and the healthy and orderly operation of network organization.
