| Under the call of the "Internet +" action plan, the integration of the Internet and all walks of life push forward continuously. As the combination of the Internet and the financial industry, Internet finance is bringing change of the traditional financial industry in our country, on the while, which can bring core competitiveness for the financial institutions, from the channel, data and technology. Along with the application of financial institutions’ Internet, the Internet companies involving in the financial sector and the development of financing mode innovation, the Internet finance mainly forms four kinds of typical business modes: the network bank, third-party payment, Internet wealth management and the Internet financing. As one of the Internet financial modes, the rapid development of Internet wealth management is also arousing the concern of the financial industry.In this paper, the research mainly includes three parts: the related theory and the development situation of the Internet wealth management products, the effects and performance analysis of the Internet wealth management products to the commercial banks business, the countermeasures of dealing with the Internet wealth management of commercial Banks. The first part mainly about the illustration of the related theory of the Internet wealth management products and the methodization of current situation of the Internet wealth management products, providing support for the research of this paper. In the second part, first of all, the effects of the Internet wealth management products to the commercial bank operation are analyzed, by using the data, chart analysis method and comparative analysis method, reaching a conclusion that the impacts of the Internet wealth management product to the current deposit, wealth management business, customer resources and sales channels in China are brought to the commercial Banks. Secondly, this paper use the research method of Jing-zhi zhang, Lv Bin, xiao-ping Yang(2015) for reference, the influence of the Internet wealth management products to the commercial bank operation performance is analyzed, by using the panel regression analysis method, reaching a conclusion that there is a negative correlation relationship between commercial Banks operating performance and the size of the Internet wealth management products, but the correlation coefficient is small, and the reason is that the Internet financial product belongs to new things, so the influence is still smaller. Finally, combining the above analysis,it is concluded that the bad impacts of Internet wealth management products to operating business and operating performance are brought to commercial Banks, so the commercial Banks should attach importance to the development of the Internet wealth management products, speed up the layout of the Internet, and realize the transformation development of comprehensive management. In the third part, from the perspective of commercial bank, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of developing Internet wealth management, including: to strengthen the innovation of the Internet wealth management products, to strengthen the application of the big data technology to bank wealth management business, to strengthen the management of customer segmentation, improving the marketing ability of the network, to strengthen the construction of Internet banking channels and platforms, to strengthen the risk control of the Internet wealth management platforms and the Internet wealth management products.On the basis of related literature review, this paper gives a new definition of Internet wealth management products. In the second part, the negative impacts of the Internet wealth management products to the commercial bank operation are analyzed by this paper by using data analysis for the first time. In the third part, countermeasures are put forward from the product innovation, big data applications, customer management, platform construction, making the analysis more clearly. |
