Research On Information Disclosure Of Wealth Management Products Of Commercial Banks

In recent years, with the rapid growth of commercial bank asset management, it contribute a lot to the economy development, but it also exist great risks in the process of rapid development.To this end, the academic community conducted a lot of research from the angel of legal, regulatory and other aspects of the norms of commercial bank asset management,and many policy suggestions are put forward.But the asset management of commercial bank experience a rapid development, new models and new products emerge in an endless stream.The present research results are not fully integrated with the development of bank asset management and the actual operation of commercial banks. How to improve the financial management of commercial banks, in addition to the legislative and regulatory level, the commercial banks themselves are another major means of standardized operations. Using the method of case study to commercial banks asset management products default case as the starting point, select two representative commercial banks issued two asset management products due to the payment of the case, analysis of problems caused by information disclosure of asset management products distribution business frequent exposure problems. The results of the study showed that the main problems of information disclosure, inefficient and the combined effects of rigid honor orientation from nature, operation process is not perfect, the sales side management is not perfect, lack of product innovation of asset management products in commercial bank operation. So as to put forward policy recommendations to improve the organization system of commercial banks, improve the internal disclosure system, strengthen the distribution of product management and optimize the product system, etc..
