Study On Contractual Relationship Between Relevant Interest Subjects In Industry Chain Of Dairy Products In Heilongjiang Province

Dairy industry is a pillar industry in Heilongjiang province,and the contractual relationship of dairy supply chain plays a vital role of the development of dairy industry.This paper mainly studies the contractual relationship of dairy industrialization in Heilongjiang province,on the one hand, from what’s good in the short run and what’s good for the long run,conflict between competition and cooperation,and conflict between partial interests and overall interests of the subject of subject of upstream and downstream for three contractual relationship:order style,integration style and strategic alliance style as leading.Using the analytic method which are industrial organization theory,contract theory and game theory,from three points of view:gain share,cost apportionments and rich sharing to discuss there are big differnence in the game style and game point of the subject of upstream and downstream based on input and output of interest of different contractual relationship of subject of upstream and downstream.And putting forward that three forms of contract coexist,each form of contract has its condition and possibility to exist.On the other hand,I choose the typical subject of contractual relationship,mainly study the constitutive relation of dairy farmer and dairy process factory,taking 366 dairy farmers as object of study,using the Likert-type scale to measure the factors,and use it to do construction of correlations of the contractual relationship of dairy farmer and dairy process factory,and use CFA to process the datas collected,analysis that once the dairy farmer apperceive the factor of opportunistic behavior of dairy process factory and lack of cooperation,it will lack trust on dairy process factory;the satisfaction of dairy farmer to dairy process factory have positive effect to trust,commitment,relative dependence and perception of opportunistic behavior.At last analysising the solution than can enhance the contractual relationship for two sides.It do qualitative and quantitative analysis for contractual relationship of dairy industrialization in Heilongjiang province from two aspects,use different method of analysis,finally it will put forward useful countermeasure for enhancing and developing the contractual relationship of dairy industrialization of Heilongjiang province.
