The Research On Evolution Trends Of Innovation Thinking Development In The Background Of Independent Innovation Strategy

Accelerating the independent innovation strategy not only is an important content of the national innovation system, but also the key to improving industrial competitiveness in China. Enterprises, as the main strengths of innovation strategy, how to strengthen it’s managed innovation capacity to implement innovative road, is an important task. One of the specific training topics of enterprises implementing the independent innovation strategy, is how to upgrade enterprise management personnel innovate management ability.However, by influence of the knowledge immaturity and incomplete knowledge, some problems in the implementation of the training development process, have some impact on their knowledge of product quality and quality, and its long-term development of knowledge products. Knowledge of Economics, knowledge management theory to study the analysis, from knowledge optimization perspective to provide suggestions for management training and development, is the fundamental purpose of the study.This paper first shows those characteristics of knowledge management creative thinking, knowledge maturity and factors affecting supply and demand characteristics of the knowledge on the basis of the theoretical analysis, and analysis the relation and interaction between knowledge characteristics and products; Secondly, research in the training centers and enterprises in Tianjin, analysis data of the management problems and obstacles in the innovative thinking development, including knowledge systems immature, pay attention to the explicit knowledge except the tacit knowledge, lack of demand research, methods of training and development do not close to management practices and neglect evaluation and feedback of training and development. At last, on the basis of the summary of theory experience and questionnaire data analysis, five suggestions of the knowledge management has been put, such as to build the sense of knowledge management and change implementation model, build knowledge transfer support and attention evaluation feedback including development put forward reasonable proposals, and further indicate the trends of creative thought development.
