In the 21st century of knowledge-based economy, the key to enterprises competitiveness is the competition for talent, which is based on what kind of knowledge they have and use. Therefore, only the staff constantly update their knowledge and training skills can the company maintain advantages in a variety of competition. The rise and fall of corporate history and reality have proven that the staff skills and knowledge is essential to the enterprise development, because an adequate level of capital and advanced equipment are for people to manage and use. Therefore, the training of employees is the key to human resources increasingAccording to the current research and training, this paper, from the Angle of philosophy of science and technology in the knowledge training and training characteristics of knowledge transfer to the core. With the enterprise knowledge transfer process, and discusses the influence factors of each transfer process. For these factors and the empirical analysis and verification, various factors in different stages of knowledge transfer, as well as the factors affect the size of mutual relations.Through the study, we can find that the training activities in some well-known large enterprises can be promoted by high level and be recognized by junior staff, and the fundamental reason lies in the fact that enterprises have set up a scientific and effective training concepts and training mode. By studying a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the training data, testing a number of successful training model, casing analysis of enterprise training in the knowledge characteristics of the training patterns, and using the basic perspective of science and technology, on the basis of knowledge of enterprise training transfer and training system model, we can draw the following conclusion:we would like to emphasize the use of reasonable and in line with the actual model of knowledge transfer to achieve business model innovation, so as to make staff training more forward-looking, scientific and effective.
