| In recent years, with the deepening of economic globalization, FDI in service industry has already become one of the major driving force of developing countries economi c growth, in China as the second largest economy and the largest developing country in the world on the services actually utilized foreign investment also occurred in the great changes. 2011 world investment report shows that developing countries have accounted for more than half of the global inflow of foreign direct investment, the development of service industry is growing into the economy in all walks of life. The United Nations Organization of trade and development(UNCTAD) released the 2015 world investment report pointed out that in FDI, the amount of funds continue to champion, reach a record $68.1 billion, growth of 2%. China has become the largest FDI recipient country. The third industry in our country the proportion of foreign investment has obviously exceeded that of the secondary industry, FDI in service industry with its unique capital effect, technology spillover effect for our country brought sufficient development funds, advanced knowledge and technology resources on China’s economic growth and economic structure produce positive role. At the same time, it on in various regions of China especially as in northern China’s largest economic circle of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region produced obvious effect. Service industry foreign direct investment plays an important role in the economic development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei metropolitan area. So, it is very necessary to study the Service Industry FDI of Beijing Tianjin Hebei metropolitan area growth will bring positive effect, and if it is positive effect, on how to promote economic growth. Therefore, for the evaluation and analysis of Beijing Tianjin and capital investment policy, the environment has important practical significance.The combination with the latest research achievements of foreign direct investment in domestic and foreign service basic theories and the domestic and foreign scholars, respectively from the macro and micro aspects analysis the effect of FDI in service industry on economic effect of the host country, and this basis on China’s Beijing Tianjin and Hebei region in the service industry and the Service Industry FDI status are analyzed, points out the shortcomings and problems existed in Beijing Tianjin and FDI in service industry development. Combining theoretical research with practice, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, combining the research methods such as induction and deduction.The first chapter summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the service industry FDI the latest research progress, and then put forward the research objectives, ideas and methods, summed up the innovation of this paper and the lack of research.The second chapter introduces the related basic theory of FDI in service industry, which focuses on the Buckley and Casson’s international investment internalization theory and dunning the eclectic theory of international production.The third chapter first from seven aspects analysis the investment motives of foreign direct investment(FDI):(1) reduce the cost oriented motivation;(2) market oriented motivation;(3) management and information oriented motivation;(4) disperse investment risk oriented motivation;(5) technique to obtain oriented motivation;(6) profit oriented motivation;(7) the customer- oriented motivation;(8) competitive advantage and scale efficiency oriented motivation. On this basis and analysis the investment motivation of FDI in service industry:(1) to seize the emerging markets;(2) the service commodity demand growing drive;(3) first advantage drive;(4) service network drive of globalization;(5) within the scope of global optimization of the allocation of resources. Then it analyzes the economic effects of FDI on the host country from two aspects of the micro and macro aspects respectively.The fourth chapter first introduced the overview of Beijing Tianjin Hebei economic circle, then from the step difference for the development of the service industry, service industry development perspective analysis of the Beijing Tianjin and Hebei service industry development present situation, and then analyzes the in recent years in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region of FDI in service industry current situation, Service Industry FDI structure reveals the uneven distribution of FDI in service industry area, the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Service Industry FDI status is analyzed quantitatively by means of measure the quality and efficiency.The fifth chapter is the empirical part, mainly divided into two parts: first, to coordinate the relationship between the synergetics theory to construct composite system coordinated development model of Beijing Tianjin Hebei services FDI- services based on service industry through the establishment of the FDI subsystem and service subsystem index set index set calculated the degree of ordering of SFDI subsystem and the service industry system order degree, and finally calculate the coordination degree of the whole system of Beijing Tianjin Hebei; secondly, using the eviews8.0 analysis method of unit root test, cointegration test, Grainger causality test and error correction model to measure the economic data of 2002-2015 in Beijing Tianjin Hebei, the empirical analysis of FDI in service industry in Beijing Tianjin Hebei economic the growth effect and draw the corresponding empirical results.The empirical analysis in Chapter 6 based on the fifth chapter draws the research conclusion and Beijing Tianjin and Hebei service industry better utilizing FDI to promote the region’s economic growth to meaningful suggestions, mainly including: four ways to improve the quality of human resources to promote the integration of the human resources market, continuous improvement of Beijing Tianjin Hebei and foreign investment environment, strengthen the industry association to adjust the capital structure of t he service industry and expand the opening of the service industry and so on. |
