In recent years, with the rapid development of online retail, the market size is growing bigger gradually.But logistics always can’t meet the demand of business requirements,many logistics value-added services arises at present.The mode of multiple warehouses to store goods is more popular recently of logistics mode.Traditional electric business logistics mode only has one warehouse,and all orders from a warehouse sent to the consumer by courier.But the mode of multiple warehouses to store goods is sending the goods at the same time.In order to satisfy the the customer aging demand, the businessman stored goods near the consumer in advance through the logistics company,which can implement the nearby delivery, area distribution and other services.Compared with the traditional electric business logistics,the mode of multiple warehouses to store goods is the advantages of the decline in the average freight and logistics improvement of aging,but the transportation networks of multiple warehouses to store goods are much more complex,and also improve the overall inventory levels.How to provide the service effectively,planning reasonable and efficient points warehouse logistics network is the key problem.Under this situation, as the self-built logistics system of AC e-commerce company wants to provide service for its platform of proprietary products dealers.How to further optimize warehouse logistics network, gradually set up a low cost, high limitation of logistics network, and form the unique competitive advantage, for AC company are very important.This paper is based on AC company’s existing logistics node and combined with its platform of proprietary products to research on logistics network.It is divided into six chapters,the first chapter introduces the research background and related research status.The second chapter mainly expounds the theoretical basis of this article,including the background of multiple warehouses to store goods and current situation of development of logistics network,and the relevant forecast theory and the logistics network distribution theory. The third chapter basically states AC company warehouse logistics network present situation and problems in detail; Points in the fourth chapter are mainly based on the analysis of the existing problems in the AC company warehouse logistics network one by one, by establishing a warehouse decision model, demand forecasting model and logistics network model, The fifth chapter adopts AC company on the platform of proprietary goods retailer W company as an example, making the W company actual data generation into the model to optimize logistics network and validation.The sixth chapter makes a summary to the paper’s main job and disadvantages.In this paper, the research has direct guiding significance not only for AC points warehouse logistics network optimization of e-commerce,but also for other logistics companies and the related e-commerce companies.
