With the continuous popularity of information technology and the rapid development of mobile e-commerce, The 020 e-commerce comes into being. As an integral part of the 020 mode, the mobile catering take-away business is developing rapidly, and it has a huge target customer, such as urban white-collar workers and students. With the development of the catering take-away business, competition is increasingly intense, and the trust problem has also begun to highlight, and the mobile catering take-away customers trust factors have different influence factors with the traditional catering customers trust, therefore, in order to improve the 020 e-commerce mobile take-away customers trust, this paper summarizes the factors that influence the 020 mobile catering take-away customers trust through collecting and analyzing a large number of relevant literature, which summarized in five aspects:consumers factors, off-line businesses fators,020 mobile catering take-away platform factors, mobile clients and external factors, to build trust evaluation system.Then, we will get the date through questionnaires survey, and preprocess the data analysis, including the reliability, validity analysis and so on. We test and modify the trust model by structural equation model for inspection and correction, we will make significantly related factors as the key factors influencing the customers trust. Analysis results show that the key factors influencing the 020 mobile catering take-away customers trust have eight, namely the past consumer experience, food quality of off-line businesses, the reputation of the mobile platform, the information of the dishes on the mobile platform, and the service ability about mobile platform, mobile client’s technical level, the perfection of law degree and service behavior.Then, we will build the index system of 020 mobile catering take-away customers with the key factors for indicators, and the BP neural network is used to evaluate customer trust.Finally, the measures and suggestions are put forward to enhance 020 mobile catering take-away according to the key factors that influence the trust of mobile e-commerce. At the same time, it also summarizes the problems during the research process.
