Research On The Foundation And Benefit Distribution Of Enterprise Alliance Of Agricultural Products Logistics

With the development of economy, there is a growing need towards agricultural products. During the improvement of producing technology of agricultural products, the disparities between supply and demand are transferring from production chain to circulation links. Although the logistics of agricultural products is an important part of the circulation link, there still exist plenty of problems such as low intensification of resources, small scales of the enterprises and undesirable flow of information, etc.In this circumstance, this thesis aims to study two main topics. One is to study how to promote the resource integration capability of logistics of agricultural products by constructing an alliance of logistic enterprises of agricultural products, analyzing the structure, model and services of the alliance, and constructing the 0-1 programming model of multiple-objectives on selecting the members on a supply chain through the inter-organizational information system. The second one is to study the distribution of workload and benefits within the members by constructing a multi-objective fuzzy optimization model and putting forward the model of contribution-risk benefits distribution and lastly analyzing the case of Henan province. This thesis is divided into the following three parts:1. Concludes the problems of logistics of agricultural products such as too many redundant links, low intensification of resources and so on, based on which builds the alliance of logistics enterprises of agricultural products and discusses the selecting standards, organizational model and serving functions. The selection of the vertical executing group aims to reduce costs, lower risks and improve service quality and constructs the 0-1 programming model.2. Discusses the problem of distribution of tasks with the members and constructs the multi-objective fuzzy optimization model aiming to reduce costs, improve service quality and lower the cargo damages rate, which also creates different ways to evaluate service quality. As for the factors affecting the stability of distribution of benefits, this part analyzing the models and principles of benefits distribution, proposing the concept of risk provisions in the alliance, and constructs reasonable distribution model, on which builds the benefit distribution model of vertical members and adopts the way of distribution in proportion of workload.3. Constructs the alliance of logistics enterprises of agricultural products catering to the regional characteristics of Henan province. Supported by actual data, this party also verifies the selection model, task distribution model and benefit distribution model of this thesis.
