Modern logistics is considered as third profit source for corporation universally. Economic globalization and network information technology are growing faster and faster, in this condition, modern logistics is focused by the world as a new increase. As the direct means of customer service, modern logistics is an important tache in the modern logistics management, and there is serious influence to distribution pace, cost of corporation running and economic benefit if logistics distribution is reasonable. It is very important work to adopt scientific reasonable method to do distribution decision, there is also important meaning to improve corporation service quality and to boost up corporation competition.This paper introduces distribution improvement of modern logistics enterprise, and analyses taches of distribution transport. Then, this paper builds up Multi-objective Fuzzy Assignment Model step by step, and studies methods to solve this model. This paper not only introduces how to solve data pretreatment, Fuzzy numbers treatment and Assignment Problem which are three steps to solve Multi-objective Fuzzy Assignment Model, but also puts the solution into practice by C++. In the end, to solve the decision-making of transmit assignment distribution, this test builds up the Multi-objective Fuzzy Assignment Model and figure out it to make decision.
