Research On Benefit Distribution Of Cooperative Alliance Of Agricultural Products Logistics

With the development of China's rural economy,the market of agricultural products is increasingly rich,and the demand for the production capacity of logistics industry is constantly improved.As an important link in the process of commercialization,the effective circulation of agricultural products determines the efficiency and quality of rural economy.At present,China has initially formed a nationwide circulation system for agricultural products,but the agricultural products logistics industry is slow and inefficient compared with the overall logistics industry.The main problems are the more scattered companies in the industry,small scale and unreasonable resource allocation.Therefore,by referring to the development experience of other industries.Establishing the cooperative alliance of agricultural products logistics and carrying out targeted research on the key link benefit distribution model,can not only effectively solve the above problems,but also provide ideas for further development of agricultural products logistics industry.Based on the establishment of the cooperative alliance of agricultural products logistics,this paper establishes a benefit distribution model by using TOPSIS,Uses extension theory to solve the contradictions and conflicts in the process of benefit distribution among the members of the alliance,and empirically studies the feasibility of the model.The details are as follows.(1)Combing the relevant theories and research status of agricultural logistics cooperation alliance,providing theoretical support for follow-up research.(2)Cuilding agricultural products o-n the basis of the necessity of establishment of agricultural product logistics alliance,external environment and relevant conditions Logistics synergy alliance.(3)Determine the respective benefit distribution amounts of input factors,contribution factors and risk factors that affect the distribution o-f benefits,and use the TOPSIS method to determine the weight of each element,and combine the weights with all the single elements to establish a complete benefit distribution model.(4)Using the extension theory to diagnose the contradictory nature of the enterprises in the alliance in the process of benefit distribution,and find out the causes of contradictions by expanding the analysis to solve the problem.(5)Verify the feasibility of the model through case analysis.
