From the perspective of government functions, the construction of property management legal system is lagging behind, the system of administrative institutions is low, the government regulation, guidance and support is the cause of the above problems. In view of the above reasons, combined with experience of domestic and foreign advanced developed areas of reference, in the perspective of the government, from constantly improve residential property management regulations and mechanism construction, co management, strengthening the cooperation between the relevant functional departments, strengthen industry regulation, guide and support to, promoting the property problem to coordinate the resolution of the four aspects, the author put forward the concrete countermeasures of Ordos City residential property management development.
