Research On The Mechanism Innovation Of Government Supervision To The Property Management Under Internet Environment

Since the reform and opening up,China’s social and economic development,people’s material living standards continue to improve,public products and services are constantly improving,in such a social context,China’s traditional political system exposed a variety of problems,administrative reform is lagging far behind the pace of economic restructuring.As a quasi public product,property management is closely related to people’s life,and the supervision and management of the property management is one of the important administrative functions of the government in China.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of the real estate market,residential property management in the emergence of a series of problems,such as pricing mechanism,management,property disputes,lack of supervision mechanism,the property industry is lagging behind,which is difficult to adapt to the modern residential area.Therefore,the improvement and innovation of government property management supervision system has become an urgent problem to be solved in the reform of administrative management,and the rapid development of Internet technology is just the innovation of government property management supervision mechanism.This paper first defines the property,property management,Internet,administrative management concept,expounds the related theory of property management,property management,under the environment of Internet public management,government administrative innovation related research literature review;on this basis,analysis of changes in the Internet environment of government administration,influence the Internet of the government administrative management discussion,on the direction of change of the Internet environment of government administration mode,and the function of the government in property management are analyzed and summarized;innovation focuses on the mechanism of government supervision of property management under the Internet environment,and to Tianjin Futai Park District as the research object,the innovation of government property management supervision mechanism has carried on the empirical analysis,finally puts forward a new strategy under the Internet environment of government property management supervision,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the innovation and development mechanism of China’s government property management supervision.
