Under the background of rapid development in Internet technology, the traditional consumer finance sector change continuously. The Internet consumer finance came into being and developing at a rapid speed. China’s Internet consumer finance market trading volume is more than 1400 one hundred million yuan in 2015, up 444% year on year. In the future, the market will continue to expand the scale. Predicts 2017, the market scale will exceed 900 billion yuan. Consumer finance is taking advantage of the Internet technology to push the innovation of the products and services, to meet the consumer demand in all walks of life. In 2013, China appeared the first network stage consumption platform for college students. College students as to accept new things faster group, actively involved in the Internet consumer finance market, led to the rapid development of the industry. College students have no fixed income but spend much of their daily life. Due to the bank suspended the college students’credit card business, college students not effectively meet the consumer demand. The existing Internet consumer financial products provide a solution for it. In recent years, along with enrollment expansion of universities and rising number of college students, the campus consumer finance market still has great development space. However, the rapid development of Internet consumer finance in college students at the same time, there are still many problems in the product and service itself. Not clear staging rate and unsound risk control system are still urgent problems that need many consumer financial to solve. This article will analyze the present situation of college students’ network consumption financial development and do a survey on college students’ network consumption behavior by installments. This article will contrast the current major network consumer financial products. On the basis of this, the article points out the shortage of product and service design. Finally, this article gives recommendations to improve the relevant products and promote the healthy development of the industry norms.Based on the rapid development of the Internet consumer finance, this paper details the meaning and characteristics of Internet consumer finance. Then lists the current four major Internet consumer financial model. Also, this paper describes the development of the Internet consumer financial market in China and analyzes the main products and services provided by this market to college students, which laid the foundation for the comparative analysis of the later products. This part also explains the reasons of the rapid development of the Internet consumer finance and analyzes the industrial chain in the industry. Then, this paper takes the form of a questionnaire survey to collect the data of college students’ network stage and analyzes the college students’ awareness of the Internet consumer financial products, the use of habits, improvement suggestions. Also, this paper summarizes the characteristics of online consumer behavior of college students. Based on the conclusion of the questionnaire, this paper introduces and compares the main products in the Internet consumer financial market, including 2 electronic business platform that provide staging services and 3 most used student network staging platform. This part focuses on the analysis of the competitive advantages of these products. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper summarizes the main problems that exist in college students’ Internet consumer finance products, this paper gives the suggestions to improve college students’ network in installment products. Internet consumer financial service providers should not only pay attention to the improvement of the product itself, but also guide students to set up the correct consumption view in the marketing. And eventually let the Internet consumer finance to better meet the diverse needs of college students.
