Logistics as an effective in-kind support e-commerce, e-commerce and complement each other, determine the service quality and efficiency of the electricity business transactions. Only two values together to improve in order to attract more consumers, create more benefits for commercial enterprises and logistics enterprises.020 mode mobile Internet era, through information technology, to achieve full social integration of resources, improve resource utilization, and focus on the user experience, a business model for local services.020 mode to expand the scope of traditional electricity supplier logistics, with the integration of online and physical stores online and offline, as well as focus the user experience requirements are such that the status and role of logistics enterprises can not be ignored. In the era of mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing and other technologies widely used, electricity and logistics sides must work together, complement each other, share information, explore new business models, to break down barriers between online and offline, in order to provide a better user experience, enhance the quality of logistics services, and promote the transformation and upgrading electricity supplier logistics.Based on the theoretical research of 020 mode and e-commerce, combined with development status of e-commerce logistics under 020 mode in our country, this paper attempt to summarize the current situation of e-commerce logistics under 020 mode and refine the existing problems in the development through qualitative research and quantitative research. On the basis of relevant information and data obtained before, this paper finally put forward some constructive suggestions which may be useful in helping e-commerce logistics break the bottleneck of development to achieve transformation and upgrading.This paper consists of six chapters as follows:Chapter Ⅰ, Introduction. Combined with the background of transformation and upgrading of e-commerce logistics, purpose of study, significance of this work, researching content, thinking of this research, researching methods and innovation points are stated.Chapter Ⅱ, Literature review and the basic theory. Firstly, the literature about 020 mode and development status of e-commerce logistics under 020 mode at home and abroad are reviewed. Secondly, make the quantitative analysis about some relative literature.Then,introduction some basic theories about 020 mode, E-commerce Logistics and WSR.Chapter Ⅲ, Research methods and research samples. Firstly, the concept and genres of grounded theory is introduced. According to the characteristics of different genres, implement process of grounded theory in this paper is confirmed. Secondly, the data collection process is described, and a brief introduction is made for the samples and coding.Chapter Ⅳ, Grounded theory. The first step is to extract 34 categories through open coding. The second step is to extract 12 main categories by axial coding. The third step is to converge the total categories to 3 core category according to the Wuli-Shili-Renli system methodology. In step 4, saturation test is made for the theoretical framework established in the above process and no new concept or category is emerging, so that the sequence of thought and logical relation of the theoretical framework established above is correct. In the fifth step, the influencing factor model to describe the transformation and upgrading of the e-commerce logistics is constructed.Chapter Ⅴ, Model verification. Firstly, the hypotheses are put up according to the results of the grounded theory and later questionnaires is designed and applied. Secondly, descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis are made to the questionnaire data through SPSS to justify the hypotheses.Chapter Ⅵ, Conclusion and Outlook. Firstly, the existing problems in the development of e-commerce logistics under O2O mode is refined and some constructive suggestions and countermeasures which may be useful in helping e-commerce logistics achieve transformation and upgrading is put forward. Secondly, the limitations and shortcomings of the study is point out.
