Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development has achieved remarkable achievements that have attracted worldwide attention. Both in terms of economic aggregate and economic structure have greatly improved. However,at present,China is in a critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading. The production structure tends to be optimized, but the pace of development is slow;the proportion of high-energy-consuming industries is large, and the efficiency is low;the contradiction between overcapacity in traditional manufacturing industries is prominent, and the ability for innovation is not enough;the producer service industry and the manufacturing industry are blocked and the integration depth is not enough.E-commerce is a new business model and economic form established by relying on information network technology. It is characterized by openness and timeliness and is an effective way to promote industrial transformation and upgrading. This paper examines the impact of e-commerce on the transformation and upgrading of the three industries. On the one hand,it helps to clarify the mechanism and path of e-commerce to promote industrial transformation and upgrading. On the other hand,it also has a strong role in promoting China's industrial restructuring under the tide of Internet.Realistic guidance significance. This article combines the background of the new era of rapid development of e-commerce,based on relevant literature review and theoretical analysis, from the perspective of technological progress and innovation and changes in social supply and demand structure, analyzes the internal motivation for e-commerce to promote industrial transformation and upgrading;from expanding the market The scope of radiation, solving information asymmetry, advancing the development of industrial agglomeration, changing the competition form, and improving the efficiency of social resource allocation, etc.,analyzed the principle of e-commerce promoting three industrial transformation and upgrading;analyzed the electronic technology from the perspective of technological innovation and technology diffusion.Business promotesthe transformation and upgrading path of the industrial chain, value chain, innovation chain, and production factors.Secondly, starting from the influence of e-commerce on the penetration of three industries, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of China's industrial transformation and upgrading, the development of e-commerce,and the impact of e-commerce on industrial transformation and upgrading.Again,on the empirical side, this paper has collected panel data from 2003 to 2015 in China's major 31 provinces(including autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government),and conducted empirical analysis from two perspectives. The first is to measure the speed and direction of industrial transformation and upgrading in 31 provinces(including autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)in China;second is to test e-commerce against China's level one by constructing a three-industry leading coefficient and a fixed effect model of e-commerce agency variables. The impact and size of the transformation and upgrading of the three industries. The empirical results show that e-commerce can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, but the promotion of the transformation and upgrading of primary industry and secondary industry is weak.Based on the above research results,China should vigorously promote the deep integration of e-commerce and the industry, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading. Finally, this paper proposes some policy suggestions on how e-commerce can promote the transformation and upgrading of the secondary and tertiary industries.
