With the advance of economic globalization, high-quality talent pool becomes the key for company to obtain the sustained and healthy development, and now big companies have launched a fierce competition on talent reserves in the global scope and put the staff career planning on an important position. In addition, existing research reports and research results show that career development is the primary consideration for the main force of modern workplace on working and leaving, they are more concerned about the company’s management about stuff career planning. Thus, the importance of stuff career planning on the modern enterprise management is getting more and more prominent.SD nuclear power equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd. is China’s nuclear power equipment manufacturing and other related products of leading enterprises, as a large state-owned enterprises, its staff management are affected profoundly by the the traditional personnel management system, the enterprise has been unable to adapt to the changes of external environment. the lack of justice for Staff development platform, staff morale is low and the lack of high-end talent have seriously affected its healthy development, which urgently need to establish scientific and reasonable system of career management to break through the bottleneck of the development of enterprises and help enterprises’ healthy development.This paper firstly cardies occupation career planning management research from domestic and foreign, expounds the process of enterprise’ employee occupation career planning and management, combineding with relevant theoretical knowledge; secondly, through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with the management of the company, this paper find some problems existing in SD nuclear power equipment manufacturing company employee occupation career planning and management, such as the lack of acknowledge about the importance 0n employee occupation career planning management of company leaders, employee occupation promotion channel is narrow, the configuration of staff post and the rigidity of employee occupation career management training; finally, bases on three principles: combined enterprise development with staff development, full participation and the difference principle, aiming at the existing problems of employee occupation career management of SD company, this paper design the corresponding occupation development Path from the management, technology, skills and auxiliary service,and the same time protect the career planning system to achieve the desired results from four areas to provide support ——corporate culture, training, salary, information management platform.
