Research On The Relationship Between Social Responsibility And Financial Performance Of Palm Landscape Architecture Co.,Ltd.

After long-term research and discussion, the concept of corporate social responsibility develops from the original one which is regard pursuiting of "profit maximization" as the only social responsibility to now which is not only the "economic one" and also plays the role of "social one" role and take social responsibility to stakeholders.This paper selects the Palm Landscape Architecture Co.,Ltd. as the research object. And this paper collectes annual reports and social responsibility reports of 2010 to 2014 of the enterprise as the main research foundation. Also this paper selects three aspects of financial indexes from the annual reports, including profitability, solvency and operating indexes to operate the trend analysis. And this paper observes the status of the five parts of social responsibility activities related with consumers, partners, staff, community participation, environmental. Based on theseresearch, this paper applies the method of case study and matrix classification to summerize the conclusion of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance.In this paper, through the research we obtained the following conclusions:(1) The corporate social responsibility activities of Palm Landscape Architecture Co.,Ltd.develop and perfect and has formed its social responsibility system.(2) The profitability, debt paying ability, operating ability of the enterprise are very stable. (3) Through strategysocial responsibility the enterprise enhance its long-term financial performance. At the same time, this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1) Establish a corporate social responsibility to fulfill the public announcement system.(2) Strengthen the construction of the foundation and expand the business scope,increase the propaganda of the foundation.(3) The private individuals and organizations can be chosen to supervise and promote enterprises to implement the responsibility and obligation.(4) Take the social responsibility of build "the green landscape enterprises".(5) To further establish charitable activitiesbelongs to Palm Landscape Architecture Co.,Ltd..This study enriches the theoretical research on the relationship between social responsibility and financial performance of forestry enterprises, promotes the social responsibility performance of forestry enterprises, and promotes the core competition of forestry enterprises. This study make Relevant recommendations for the improvement of relevant enterprises. And this study has reference significance to the construction and improvement of the social responsibility of forestry enterprises.
