Research On Corporation Social Responsibility Policies In EU:2001-2015

In the context of globalization especially in the context of global economic integration,the enterprise,government and society organization Trinity force negative effect on economic development of the humanities and social environment even in the natural ecological environment has become today's world of imminent issues.The issues can not be avoided whether they are in developed countries and regions or developing countries and regions or underdeveloped countries and regions.The issues also can not stay out either.But,it is undeniable that the EU in regional integration at the forefront of the world and the most successful community,and attention to "social responsibility"business problems for a long time.Especially in the last ten years of the twentieth century is the period of brewing policy.From the beginning of the twenty first century,The EU is the world's first to issue a series of "EU CSR policy".Therefore,from the innovation angle of constructing the policy theory are analyzed,and in historical short time axis on the implementation of the tool and policy effect of rear end like tracking study,this thesis tries to study the law of the development of the policy from the point of view of the government,in order to statecraft.Therefore,this thesis focusing on the ideological origins of the corporate social responsibility policy,the introduction of process,the interaction of various factors in the development process,practice and effect,and member states in the implementation of the "EU corporate social policy" different models of comprehensive investigation and analysis,and tries hard to summarize the theoretical rules of EU corporate social responsibility policy development and historical changes.This thesis consists of introduction,body and conclusion three parts.The introduction part is the introduction of the background and significance of topics,to research the trends at home and abroad,and the research methods and ideas,framework and main innovation points and the relevant concepts and theories which are using are analyzed.The body part is divided into five chapters:the first chapter examines the ethical thought origin of corporate social responsibility in Europe from the historical perspective,in order to make a historical foreshadowing for the introduction of relevant policies of this century from the traditional philosophy.The second chapter is the focal point.It organizes the introduction and development of the historical processof the "enterprises to the EU social policy," and emphatically on the policy analysis on the introduction of the historical background and the drive causes,especially the dynamic game between the enterprise,government and society,to explore the evolution tendency of the social policy in EU enterprises from the"voluntary principle" to "legal regulation" and its implication.Chapter three In the basis above "EU corporate social policy" introduced and exploration of the law of development and theory foundation for these lasted less than twenty years,use policy tool theory as a framework,as far as possible to the EU corporate social responsibility policy practice and effect of tracking and analysis.The EU corporate social responsibility policy practice tools for regulation,cooperation,promote and support four kinds,and pointed out that the policy effect is mainly reflected in the role of the economic and social development of the European Union in present,and to members of the relevant policies execution and its effect.To summed up the effect of the policies and practices in the EU level theoretically still needs time.Chapter four from the point of view of EU member states the understanding and implementation of corporate social responsibility policy,select the UK,France,Denmark,Spain and Central and Eastern Europe as a typical pattern classification to analysis.The results show that due to the different members of the traditional culture and the level of economic development and in the implementation of EU corporate social responsibility policy showing a different characteristics.The fifth chapter based on the previous four chapters layers of analysis and then theoretically summarizes the law of the development of the corporate social responsibility policies.these are the legal regulation of the state owned enterprises social responsibility consciousness;the corporate social responsibility policy is a soft laws and regulations policy transition process;in practice in the process of members of the policy tools and its cultural tradition and economic development level is consistent,but the backward areas started late but has certain advantages.Finally,combined with the EU in corporate social responsibility policy theory construction and practice experience in China's development present situation of reference.The conclusion based on theories of concise and to enhance this study on the further research of new topics.
