As the largest automobile consumer market in the world, car networking in improving traffic, the meaning of the benefit of the people is self-evident. So, the car networking at the policy level has also goy the strong support from the state and the government. Relevant government departments also have increased the support, guidance and coordination for the networking of the car industry, improve the networking of the car industry planning and constructing the overall train of thought and framework, use financial guidance to guide the direction of industrial research for major projects. At the same time, the relevant departments are also actively formulate open, safe and reliable vehicle network collaboration platform, actively coordinate and develop vehicle networking related standard system. This means that, as an application of the Internet of things, car networking in terms of market potential and policy is more favorable, usher in a golden opportunity for development.In this article, therelevant theoretical knowledge and analytical tools will be used to analysis the S car networking company’s inner environment and outside environment, and the SWOT analysis model will be generated through the result thoughthe analysis. With the SWOT analysis model, this research has made the near future to the long-term strategic objectives for S company, and has made the specific strategy implementation steps.This research also has provided a clear development framework for this company. Below are the points.First, is for the theory analysis result of the enterprise strategy and Internet, Internet of things, car networking. The history and development have been had a detailed theory analysis based on the actual development of the Internet, Internet of things, car networking in recent years in China.Second, is for the research of the current situation of domestic vehicle networking. To be a good job on the strategic deployment of a business, be sure to find out the situation of domestic and foreign related industries. This article has had a detailed research for the status of car networking industries in China, used to build the external environment for S company.Third, is for the analysis of the present situation and the external environment for S company. This analysis is based on the political and legal, economic, social and cultural, technological environment, four major aspects. And then, is for the analysis of the internal environment for S company. This analysis is mainly use the SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the enterprise to research.Forth, is for the development strategy formulation for S company. The strategic positioning of enterprises, and to develop a strategic goal, and finally completed the strategic choice have been decided.Fifth, is for the development strategy implementation for S company. The research has had a detailed analysis and the related suggestions have been decided for enterprise marketing, management system, corporate culture, employee benefits, financial management, product upgrades.The significance of this study lies in the fact that through the use of enterprise development strategy theory and analysis method, and the related strategic calculation rules, the combined with Scompany’s external environment and internal environment of the actual situation, formulated with reference to the development strategy of the actual value.
