Entrepreneurial Networking Ability, Enterprise Innovation And Growth Performance Of Newly Built Returnees’ Enterprise

This article conducts the research of the returnees’new ventures, with objects of small scale and short-period creation, so we mainly study the growth performance. There are many factors that influence the growth of new ventures, but the regulatory role of enterprise innovation on entrepreneurial network capacity and growth performance has not been verified. Also the regulatory role of enterprise innovation on entrepreneurial network capacity and growth performance has not been verified. In summary, this paper studies entrepreneurial networking ability, enterprise innovation and returnee start-ups growth performance, and based on the Yangtze River Delta Overseas Students Pioneer Park of empirical research.This paper first reviews the entrepreneurial networking ability, enterprise innovation, growth performance and the correlation of the three variable. The entrepreneurial networking ability is divided into network visioning ability, network management ability, portfolio management ability and relationship management ability, while the enterprise innovation is divided into technology innovation and management innovation. Based on the theoretical model, hypothesis includes three aspects. In all, there are 3 major hypotheses and 8 sub hypothesis.Through the research of overseas students Pioneer Park in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Huzhou and Nanjing, the empirical analysis is based on in the 143 effective sample data. Finally 2 major hypotheses and 7 sub hypothesis are supported while this paper draws the following conclusions:(1) The entrepreneurial networking ability and its 4 sub dimensions all have significant positive effect on growth performance. (2) The enterprise innovation, technology innovation and management innovation all have significant positive effects on growth performance. (3) The enterprise innovation and technology innovation has no moderating role on the relationship of enterprise network capability and growth performance, while management innovation has positive moderating role. For the conclusion, this paper also make an explanation and discussion.At the end, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions, from two aspects of returnees’ pioneer park and returnee start-ups. It will have practical significance for improving the performance of new ventures overseas.
