Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Ability And New Enterprise Performance

With the development of information technology and"Internet +",many new ventures appear in the market under the policy of promoting the development of innovative enterprises in the country.However,it is generally seen that the survival rate of new ventures is very low and there is a general lack of time.Long,low entrepreneurial survival rate and short existence time of entrepreneurial enterprises indicate that we need to analyze the reasons for entrepreneurial failure,provide reference for later entrepreneurs,and improve the probability of success in subsequent entrepreneurship.For start-ups,reasons including entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurial atmosphere,and entrepreneurial opportunities may become factors that constrain the growth of new ventures,and entrepreneurship is an essential factor at the beginning of the establishment of a new venture.At the beginning of the business,it is very important.At the same time,the development of new ventures is inseparable from the appropriate choice of business model.The business model is the theoretical basis for revealing how to do business to create value for users.The importance of new ventures is obvious.Therefore,how to create a business model for start-ups has aroused widespread concern in the academic and business worlds.For entrepreneurs,the importance of entrepreneurial ability and business model is self-evident,but in reality research,we always discuss the impact of entrepreneurial ability and business model on enterprises separately,but business model as a way to reveal how value creation The theory must play a certain role in the mechanism of the relationship between entrepreneurial ability and corporate performance.Therefore,the mechanism of influence between entrepreneurial ability,business model and corporate performance is worthy of further investigation.At present,the research on business model generally focuses on the deduction and case study of theoretical models,and the related quantitative research is relatively few.From the perspective of business model design,this paper sorts out business model design and entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance according to the research of relevant scholars.The literature explores the possible relationship between entrepreneurial ability,business model design and entrepreneurial performance.It believes that business model is the intermediate mechanism for transforming entrepreneurial ability into new venture performance.The design of business model helps to improve the survival rate of entrepreneurs.With the possibility of profitability,therefore,the mediation model of the impact of business model design on entrepreneurial performance on entrepreneurial performance is proposed.At the same time,the environment as a potential impact condition,this paper considers environmental friendliness as an important situational factor affecting the performance of new ventures.The amount of scarce resources in the environment will affect the possibility of start-ups of new ventures,which need to be considered,so the introduction of environmental friendliness Sex as a moderator to verify whether there is a regulatory effect between business model design and firm performance.On the basis of scholars' research on business model,this paper selects new ventures as research objects,obtains sample data through field questionnaires,entrusts friends to forward electronic questionnaires,and uses SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis to explore entrepreneurial ability and business.The relationship between model design and environmental friendliness and corporate performance,and finally through the results of empirical analysis can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between entrepreneurial competence and business model design and corporate performance,two dimensions of business model design It acts as a mediator between entrepreneurial ability and startup performance.At the same time,data analysis shows that environmentally friendly performance positively regulates the relationship between novel business models and firm performance,but environmental friendliness is regulated in an efficient business model.The research hypothesis between design and firm performance was not supported,and the possible reasons why the research hypothesis was not supported by the data were analyzed in the discussion of the results of the empirical analysis.
