The effective irrigation area about 4 million mu, mainly measure is drip irrigation, this irrigation technique with an appropriate amount of water on crops were timely irrigation, the water is sent to the roots of crops to ensure fertilizer can timely absorbed by crops, to achieve efficient use of water, fertilizer and pesticide, reduce the loss to the river discharge. The use of water-saving technology, to the local has brought good economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits.In order to understand the local farmers awareness of water-saving technology and usage, a questionnaire was conducted on the related farmers in Jianping County Machang town, the completed a total of questionnaire 300 copies,291 copies of valid questionnaires. In the farmers of water information understanding ways, the survey showed that farmers as the main source of information in the local township agricultural extension departments, through the township which carry out agricultural technical training courses, issued agricultural manual form to obtain the relevant information.Though the feedback information by the questionnaire, Machang Town in the town of water-saving efficiency under the influence of many factors, direction and intensity of the government support, regional differences, different development degree of the villagers group, plant size, lack of guidance to agencies, degree of culture and ideas and other comprehensive factors. All the villages are not the same, so the application should pay attention to local conditions.
