In recent years, along with the development of information technology and network levels rising, many industry present a rapid change. Especially the prosperity of electronic commerce, big data, cloud technology, the Internet of things such as the use of new technology, a large number of traditional industry enterprises to actively comply with the "Internet +" new trend, makes the enterprise to develop new engine. Smart phone, Pad, PDA and so on the popularity of mobile Internet terminals, once again, let the network spread to everyone in real life. Has been at the core position of financial industry, information technology in the new wave of science and technology development, nature also changed dramatically. Many commercial Banks began to realize that only rely on physical outlets and the traditional mode of operation, already cannot satisfy people demand for the diversification of financial services, to break the shackles of traditional management idea and joined in the development of new electronic banking products, electronic banking market, expand the existing market share no smoke of the battle.The postal savings bank of China as a large state-owned commercial Banks in our country, has a large amount of physical locations, service more customers and coverage, customer trust, and many other advantages, set up at the same time, slow business started late, lack of management experience, talent quality of a variety of factors. In the current domestic financial industry growing, increasingly fierce competition, the non-performing loan ratio increased, the net profit fell under the background, the postal savings bank of China to actively develop and promote mobile banking and Internet banking, bank of “weixin” electronic banking products and business, although the bank generally starts lagging, but development speed has become the most outstanding in the industry, just four years, electronic banking customers, replacement rate, the number of transactions have reached a certain size, and continue to present a trend of steady rise.In this paper, the postal savings bank of China as the research object, based on the proposed problems, analyzing problems, to solve the problem from the electronic bank connotation and the basic theory, the financial institutions both at home and abroad to carry out the electronic banking products and business conditions, on the basis of the postal savings bank of China electronic banking products and business situation were summarized, and combined with the SWOT analysis model, find out the postal savings bank of China electronic bank products have the advantages and disadvantages, and facing the opportunities and threats, and further summarizes the bank’s electronic banking business development strategy is not required by the clear and unclear, product marketing mode innovation ability insufficiency, the internal control system is imperfect and so on. Finally, according to the ADL matrix and Boston matrix obtained the postal savings bank of China should be taken to vigorously develop the electronic banking business strategy, and puts forward the marketing strategy of the electronic banking products, product innovation strategy and risk control strategy.
