With the rapid development of network technology, the industry of big data has been a new economic growth point. Currently, most studies are focus on big data in the field of technology but the research about the business value of big data is less. At the same time, the characteristics of big data is different from the ordinary information goods also determines the transaction price can’t according to the traditional accounting standards to measure, otherwise,there are less history data can be referenced under the background of big data transaction. It leads the trading price of this particular commodity lack of the basis. In recent years, although the data exchange platform is established, the price mechanism for platform to participate in the transaction on both sides of the transaction the determination requires a long period of accumulation. Therefore, in scientific and standardized price determining mechanism form before, how to agree on the transaction price data resources between seller and buyer of big data goods, to eventually forming trading, has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper based on the latest research results about big data at home and abroad, combined with the classical theories include platform economic theory, theory of bargaining and auction theory, constructing "one to one" and "one to many" bargaining model on the data of this kind of special commodity price determine process are analyzed in detail, and the results are verified by using the case of determining the exchange price of big data of G platform. The paper mainly includes three parts. At first, the special attributes of big data commodity and present trade situation of big data at home and abroad have been carried on detailed definition and analysis, then problems of current trading of big data commodities have been point out and the feasibility of the bargaining model in big data commodity trading have been demonstrated. Secondly, the final deal price of the big data commodity can be regard as a distribution of the reserve price of the buyer, In order to verify the bargaining trading patterns in big data trading could accept or not for sellers. The analysis process three static game among the platform, the seller and the buyer. Based on the trade situation of "one to one", a three phase bargaining model has been constructed. It is concluded the Equilibrium price of two sides, related influencing factors and function relation. Based on the trade situation of "one to many", a three phase bargaining model have been constructed. It is concluded the equilibrium price of the maximum volume and the key factors for offer, and results from "one to one" and "one to many" bargaining can be verified through a case. Finally, this article put forward related Suggestions of big data transaction from the sellers, buyers and trading platform, and then based the research conclusion of this article, further summary and elaboration have been put forward.
