Research On Incentive Mechanism For Scientific Data Sharing Platform

Scientific data,generated from human activities through socio-cultural and technological development.It's value can be continuously re-discovered and scaled up in the process of scientific research and application.Scientific data has became as a fundamental and active resource with high exploitable value and great impact for scientific researches,it is considered as the core and booster for scientific research processes.More and more researchers have begun to pay attention to the research of scientific data,especially to the data sharing of reproducible research.Scientific data is becoming more and more important for the development of the country and the progress of science and technology,and sharing scientific data has become a great demand for countries and researchers.Scientific data sharing not only need to study the developing of the data sharing platform and laws of data sharing and regulations and technical means to share updated scientific data management,in order to find the method of scientific incentive way to share data,should also influence factors of scientific research personnel on sharing willingness and behavior,to promote the scientific data sharing to achieve scientific data sharing a big step.This paper takes the scientific data sharing platform and its users as the researching object,studies the factors that affect willingness and behavior of users to share,and proposes advice for motivating scientific data sharing behavior.First of all,we make preliminary analysis on current scientific data sharing status based on paper research in both domestic and international scientific data sharing and relevant practices.Secondly,we propose a theoretical hypothesis and build a theoretical model based on rational behavior theory,planned behavior theory,social exchange theory,reciprocity theory and risk perceived theory.Finally,empirical research is done in the form of questionnaires that are designed based on hypotheses and referencing documents.We use SPSS 24.0 to test the validity and reliability for the collected data,then AMOS 20.0 for structural equation hypothesis test,so as to demonstrate the factors that affect scientific data sharing behavior.According to the results of empirical research,the willingness of scientific data sharing positively influences the behavior of scientific data sharing,the attitude of scientific data sharing and reciprocal norms positively affect the willingness of scientific data sharing,the perceived risk negatively affects the willingness of scientific data sharing,reciprocal norms and environment positively influence the attitude of scientific data sharing.A set of suggestions are proposed considering both positive and negative factors according to the hypothesis test conclusion,with hope to contribute to the domestic development of science data sharing projects.
