At present,the development of big data is still in an immature stage,and it still faces problems such as data incompleteness,untimely processing,lack of prior knowledge,and scientific data has stricter requirements on data,because the scientific data sharing platform is made up of the whole country.With the support and encouragement of the country,more and more scientific data sharing platforms will follow,but users are not optimistic about the use of scientific data sharing platforms,which leads to the increasing maintenance costs of the platform,and The number of users has not been improved.At the same time,with the development of the Internet,virtual organizations,as a flexible organizational form,are increasingly used in Internet communities and platforms.Therefore,this research requires the system to be inspired and designed.From the perspective of the platform to propose incentive design recommendations,not only to consider national policies,but also to consider the needs of each participating entity in the virtual organization or virtual community.This paper takes the above content as a starting point for thinking and research,and strives to solve the problems existing in the current scientific data sharing platform.Based on the definition and analysis of scientific data,combined with the scientific data sharing platform research foundation,virtual organization theory,theory of planned behavior and information system success model,this paper takes the users of scientific data sharing platform as the main research object and adopts the structural equation model.And use AMOS and SPSS software to conduct sample and variable analysis to study the influencing factors of users of scientific data sharing platform,draw conclusions based on empirical analysis,and obtain important factors that affect users' willingness to use,so as to make suggestions and help for the platform.This type of platform improves usage and completes the design of the incentive system.The results show that the user's subjective norms and attitudes have a significant positive impact on the willingness to use;platform system quality and data content quality are positively correlated with the attitude of use,indicating that users can be studied from these four perspectives.Based on the willingness of the scientific data sharing platform,and based on this,the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the scientific data sharing platform are proposed,and the incentive system design for the platform is proposed from the aspect of platform basic setting and platform operation.At the end of the paper,the research content is summarized,and some deficiencies in this paper and the research contents that can be improved next are given.
