"Internet plus" traditional industries have become a hot word, especially in the mobile Internet and the Internet from marriage, hospital, bank, education and entertainment to shopping, almost basic necessities of life and other industries. O2O (online to offline) model in China is accompanied by the rapid rise of the development of mobile Internet applications. By the first half of 2015 the total number of mobile Internet users reached 905 million, China has entered the mobile Internet era of the people; at the same time the new mobile payments such as Alipay, WeChat wallet is more and more mature. All this provides a good opportunity for the development of O2O. E-commerce companies, traditional companies, and even the people’s livelihood related government, are actively exploring the O2O model.B community is in Qingdao area a representative fresh o2o project, as one of the intelligence to support the Qingdao construction projects, mainly for community residents to provide community shopping display service platform, the platform provides thousands of fresh products, the company set up online in a company began to build 10 store experience, the company has been the support of the national development and Reform Commission funds 700, currently in Qingdao area in a period of rapid development.Whether it is in theory field and practice field, o2o community are not profitable success case can be used for reference, there is no mature profit pattern, marketing strategy theory can learn, this is where the significance of this study.In this paper, through the theory and case combination, the actual investigation and other research methods. On the one hand, the study of foreign related theories, on the other hand, analysis of the actual operation of the domestic community O2O case, and through the B community operation of the field research, proposed the community O2O profit model and marketing strategy.First of all, the paper studies the value of the community O2O, the cause of the rise and the development of the status quo, as well as its SWOT analysis, the purpose is to O2O market to form a clear and accurate. In determining the characteristics of the market under the premise of research and O2O project profitability in three areas that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience and supply chain restructuring, as well as the need to achieve profitability marketing strategy and logistics support strategy. Finally combined with the Qingdao B community O2O project development practice, analysis, to solve the community O2O project profit model, marketing strategy, with a view to the current development of O2O enterprise operation can provide a reference.
