With the continuous development of the society, and the constant improvement of the system of the enterprise,performance evaluation system play a more and more important role in the enterprise, how to build a scientific and standardized performance evaluation system on the basis of practice which is suitable for the actual situation, has become a key factor which restrict the development of the enterprise is a catering company which is in the development, there are so many problems in the development of the company,such as the motivation of the employee is not high, costly and not achieve the expect performance and so on. IN this paper, we analyze the problems of H Company which is on case studies and build the performance evaluation system to promote the development of H Company.This article firstly carding the literatures and analyzed the outcomes of the Performance evaluation System, and summarized the related concepts such as performance, performance evaluation, performance evaluation system which has laid a Document and theoretical basis for building H companies’ performance evaluation system.Then this paper, analyzed the characteristics of development of the catering industry which contains H company,and also analyzed H company’s own development process, the current development status and the existing problems in the development,found some problems about H company such as lack of common goals, blurred responsibilities, high cost of the labor, sales growth slowly, which establish a practical basis for H company’s strategy and the key of performance evaluation.We established a preliminary program of performance evaluation system which is based on the construction ideas of the Balanced Scorecard, combine with KPI Index Analysis, and check the integrity and consistency of the program by the Delphi method, eventually established that the emphasis of the body of the performance evaluation are our leadership and the customer, the emphasis of the object of the performance evaluation are general manager, department managers, production staff, sales staff, and established the KPI evaluation and assessment methods for the evaluation of the object. Finally, give H company recommendations of the performance evaluation program to implement.
