With the development of network technology,big data and other information means are gradually entering our life.With the development of technology,the company's focus is no longer limited to the promotion of short-term financial performance,and the ability to achieve sustainable development has become the pursuit goal of enterprises.Balanced scorecard,as a tool,can not only evaluate the company's past performance,but also provide guidance for the company's future development direction.Make comprehensive evaluation of the company by four aspects.The significance of this study is mainly to establish a reasonable and effective balanced scorecard for the company,improve the efficiency of the company's operation,and provide reference for relevant companies.The research ideas of this paper mainly include the following parts.Firstly,the related theories are elaborated.Secondly,the current situation of the company is analyzed,and the problems of performance evaluation are found.Finally,a balanced scorecard is designed to solve the company's problems.In terms of research methods,literature research,survey research,analytic hierarchy process and comparative analysis are the main research methods of this paper.Qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to ensure the rationality of the research and the accuracy of the data.In terms of research content,it mainly includes the analysis of the current situation of corporate performance evaluation,the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of implementing a balanced scorecard for the company,and the construction of a balanced scorecard for the company's performance evaluation.It proves the applicability of BSC in software and information technology service companies.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the design of performance evaluation system of similar companies.The framework of this paper can be divided into the following parts.As the first part of the article,the introduction mainly introduces the relevant background and significance,literature review,as well as research ideas,methods and contents.The second part is an overview of the related issues of corporate performance evaluation,introducing the concept of corporate performance and common methods of evaluation,as well as the concept,content,implementation steps and characteristics of the balanced scorecard.The third part is the KDXF Company's current performance evaluation methods and problem analysis.The company's general situation and performance evaluation methods are introduced,and the problems are analyzed.The fourth part is the construction of the performance evaluation system of KDXF balanced scorecard.Firstly,the necessity and feasibility of introducing the balanced scorecard are analyzed,and design principles and ideas.Secondly,the company is analyzed strategically and the strategic map is drawn.Thirdly,the selection of indicators and the determination of weight are carried out.Finally,the company's strategic objectives will be implemented to specific indicators.The fifth part is related preparatory work and safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the new performance evaluation system in the company.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the above analysis and makes a reasonable prospect for the future application of BSC in the company.
