With the development of science and technology information promoting the process of global economic integration,the development of various industries is changing with each passing day.The business scale of all kinds of domestic management consulting companies is diversified and large-scale development,and the competitive pressure in the management consulting industry is increasing day by day.Under the new normal of economy,as a small and medium-sized localized management consulting company,company A is also facing great opportunities and challenges.The company’s leaders build a strategic performance management system according to the macro environment of the external market and the company’s future development plan,so as to comprehensively improve the company’s project R & D ability,organizational management ability and resource integration ability;enable the company to obtain the core competitiveness,so as to establish the company’s brand and maintain the industry’s dominant position.The concept of balanced scorecard is to effectively combine the company’s mission,vision and values with the company’s daily management work,so that the company’s strategic objectives can be clearly communicated to all departments and employees.Based on the balanced scorecard,the company performance indicator system divides the company’s overall strategic objectives into several measurable indicators in four different dimensions,promotes the formation of a strategic center type organization in the company,activates the internal vitality of the organization and the individual,and focuses the daily work activities of the company’s departments and employees on the company’s strategic objectives,so as to combine the short-term individual behavior of the company with the long-term enterprise behavior The company’s strategic development is integrated to accelerate the promotion of the company’s overall management ability.This paper analyzes the performance management system from the performance index system,the performance process system and security measures.In the early stage,the author conducted literature review on the construction of the company’s strategic performance management system based on the concept of Balanced Scorecard,and carried out a practical survey in company A to summarize the detailed information of the company’s current performance management.Through the analysis of the collected data,the author finds out the existing problems in the performance management of company a,and then carries out a new round of expert consultation in the later stage to solicit the opinions on the construction of the indicator system of company A.The strategic objectives of company a are decomposed from four different dimensions,and the selected indicators are given corresponding weights by AHP.Finally,the author sets up the supporting performance management process and safeguard measures according to the performance index system.It is hoped that this version of the strategic performance management system can be applied to form a strategic center organization within company A,form a strong organizational force and obtain the core competitiveness,so that the company will better develop towards diversification and scale in the future.This paper also provides a reference for other domestic tertiary industry companies to build a strategic performance management system.
