With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the demand for land is significant increase, the supply of new construction sites is limited because of the size of the city and the rigid control of land use planning. In this case, land development space displacement come into being, that make an inventory of rural land for construction of idle state to solve the quote shortage of urbanization development in urban construction land increment. But the land value-added benefits after the replacement are allocated unevenly, occupied land property rights of farmers is widespread and restricting urban and rural development. It has important significance for urban and rural balance to ensure a balanced distribution of land value-added income in land development space displacement. According to the contribution distribution theory,in view of this, this paper tries to establish a reasonable balance income distribution model, by taking Yinji and Ezhou in Hubei Province as examples, measure the land value-added income in land development space displacement and the income distribution ratio of the various participants, and explore the land value increment balanced allocation mechanism.First of all, combing qualitative with quantitative methods, the research constructs a theoretical framework based on land rent, land price and contribution distribution theory.On the basis of the above, the author analyses the nature of land development and the formation mechanism of land value-added income in land development space displacement, measure the land value-added income under the administrative allocation and market allocation according to the land price theory. Secondly the paper combines with the current status of land development space displacement, identifies the participants of income distribution and the relationship of distribution, and explores the land value increment balanced allocation mechanism according to the contribution distribution theory. Finally taking Yinji and Ezhou city in Hubei Province as the study cases(representing the two cases under administrative allocation and under market allocation), measures the land value-added income and the distribution ratio. The results show that the rational allocation scheme will be that the farmers in demolition areas, the farmers in new construction district and government should share respectively40%-50%、20%-30% and 10%-20% of the land value increment, which provides a more scientific method support and reference for the distribution of the land value-added income in land development space displacement...
