Research On The Problem Of Agricultural Science And Technology In Anqiu City

With the advancement of agricultural and rural modernization in China,it is increasingly urgent to solve the contradiction between the growing needs of farmers for a better life and the imbalance and inadequacy of rural development.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.The main battlefield is in rural areas,putting the ’ three rural ’ issues at a very important height,and the revitalization needs urgent scientific and technological support.Science and technology is the first productive force,science and technology to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers support the leading role is particularly important,and science and technology is the use of scientific and technological means to help agricultural development,promote farmers’ income.The strategy of developing science and technology is an important measure to promote rural sustainable development and promote agricultural and rural modernization.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,studying the problems and countermeasures of implementing the strategy of revitalizing agriculture through science and technology is not only conducive to promoting the effectiveness of policy implementation,but also conforms to the needs of agricultural and rural modernization in the new era.This paper mainly uses the theory of multi-agent collaborative governance,technology diffusion theory,etc.,mainly uses the method of case analysis,interview and questionnaire survey.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the implementation of the strategy of promoting agriculture by science and technology in Anqiu City,this paper first expounds the present situation,measures and achievements of the implementation of the strategy of promoting agriculture by science and technology in Anqiu City,and analyzes and expounds the industrial action of promoting agriculture by science and technology,the promotion of science and technology projects,the service of science and technology experts,the cooperative mechanism of promoting agriculture by science and technology,and the voluntary service of science and technology in Anqiu City.It is found that the implementation of the strategy of promoting agriculture through science and technology in Anqiu City has achieved initial results,effectively narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents,improving the scientific quality of farmers,promoting the equalization of popular science services at the grassroots level,and strengthening the quality and safety of agricultural products.Secondly,this paper analyzes the main problems and reasons for the development of agriculture by science and technology in Anqiu City.Through interviews and data analysis,it is found that there are problems in Anqiu City,such as low efficiency of multi-subject resource integration,insufficient supply capacity for the development of agriculture by science and technology,one-sidedness of project performance evaluation,low matching degree of rural scientific and technological talents,and small-scale agricultural characteristic industries.Through further analysis of the problems and starting from the theory,it is found that there are many reasons,such as the lack of multi-agent coordination mechanism,the weakness of grassroots science and technology publicity,and the inadequate supervision of project implementation.Finally,the optimization countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of agriculture by science and technology in Anqiu City,that is,to improve the coordination mechanism of multi-subject participation in agriculture by science and technology,to build a stable multi-subject interest connection mechanism,to strengthen the leading role of science popularization and education,to establish agricultural characteristic industrial clusters,to improve the performance evaluation mechanism of agriculture by science and technology,and to improve the supervision of policy implementation and system supply.Through the research on the problem of promoting agriculture by science and technology in Anqiu City and the optimization countermeasures are put forward,in order to provide ideas for Anqiu City and other county governments,promote the process of agricultural and rural modernization,better promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and improve the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
