In the increasingly fierce competition in the market today, the customer has become the fundamental for the survival and development of enterprises in the final analysis, the competition between enterprises is the competition of the customer. Therefore, in the "customer guide market" environment, research on customer satisfaction, improve customer satisfaction to enterprises is necessary to ensure the survival and development of enterprises.Hunan Loudi baixiongtang hi-tech agricultural limited liability company is the national Ministry of finance agricultural investment share of the provincial agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. Since its inception, the company developed rapidly, the scale of the increasingly strong market position increased year by year, but also encountered a series of problems, particularly in relation to customer satisfaction is not doing enough good, commodity quality problems such as the company’s customer service; the return is convenient, fast degree is not high; the efficiency of retail sales is not high; customer complaints and complaint handling is not timely; the company’s overall customer service consciousness is not strong and so on. Under this background, this paper focuses on the research of the customer satisfaction evaluation baixiongtang hi-tech agricultural company, through the analysis of the influence factors of customer satisfaction and the degree of effect, on this basis to improve customer satisfaction program, ensuring company’s sources of income, and stability of the company from the position in the market.This paper first introduces the research background, etc. Then introduces the related theory and its importance of customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction index model and weighted average method and other methods, on the basis of building the best male company customer satisfaction index system, by the expert scoring method, respectively, to determine the index weight. Then questionnaire design and investigation, and collect the relevant data for statistical analysis, using the weighted average method, respectively, to the male company customers for the computation of a single link satisfaction and overall customer satisfaction after the evaluation, using the four points graph model, analyze the best male hall company satisfaction-importance. On the basis of these studies analyzed the causes of low customer satisfaction, and then according to the results comprehensive literature presents a scheme to improve the company customer satisfaction.
