From the 21st century, human has entered a new economic era dominated by knowledge. Competition among enterprises has gradually shifted to the talents competition, and talents competitiveness is also becoming the core sector of enterprise competitiveness. Attracting and retaining the best talents has been an important work for human resource management of all enterprises, and only increasing staff’s job satisfaction, making employee happy and training staff a sense of belonging are good methods to retain talents fundamentally. In order to achieve this goal, it’s necessary to research how to evaluate staff’s job satisfaction, understand the current mental state of their work and find factors that affecting employee satisfaction, which will offer theoretical supports for improving enterprises’human resource management level.First of all, this paper analyzes related data of staff satisfaction through questionnaires, which indicated that the overall staff satisfaction of A company is not high. On the basis of that, it researches whether there are significant differences between demographic characteristics and taxonomic groups, which showed that employee satisfaction of different levels of management has significant differences while there were no obvious differences among employees with different genders and age. At the same time, this paper sets 25 descriptive questions from seven dimensions for questionnaires, using the Gray Correlation method to compare correlation between factors and staff satisfaction. At last, according to the degree of the correlation among the different factors of employee satisfaction, it provides suggestions for improvements pertinently.
