Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a hot topic today. The analysis and evaluation on customer of enterprises is an element task of CRM, yet the evaluation of customer value and customer credit degree is the important content of customer analysis. First the paper defines the conception of customer value and credit degree, then set up customer value and credit degree index system and comprehensive evaluation model after analyzing the existing evaluation methods for power supply enterprises. Both of the two models adopt the analytic hierarchy process method to determine the weight of each index, and appraise the customer value and customer credit degree by gray correlation analysis and TOPSIS method. Finally the validity of the two models is proved with practical example of Baoding power supply subsidiary. |
