With the rapid development of China's national economy, the continuous improvement of public traffic infrastructure, the rapid increase in vehicle population and the rising number of gas stations, gas station front-line employees become the ‘bottleneck'. However, DG sinopec guangdong oil gas station is facing a huge loss phenomenon to the 90 s front-line staff as the main body, which brings serious challenges to the enterprise management. The study about how to effectively reduce the turnover rate has important theoretical significance and practical value to the maintain and incentive of DG companys' 90 s front-line staff.In this thesis, drawing on the two-factor theory and using the empirical research, the turnover management of DG company's 90 s front-line staff was studied. First, the thesis summarized and reviewed relevant theories of talent flow using literature research, and constructed the research framework of this article. Secondly, the thesis analyzed and assessed the work situation and departure situation of DG company's 90 s front-line staff through the case method. and designed the leaving reason and job satisfaction questionnaire about DG company's 90 s front-line staff, analyzed the personality traits of DG company's 90 s front-line staff and the key factors influencing their job satisfaction. Then, the questionnaire survey results were counted, the main factors affecting employee satisfaction were analyzed. Finally, based on the two-factor theory, the thesis proposed the turnover management measures of DG company's 90 s front-line staff respectively from two aspects of health care factors and incentive factors, and built the corresponding flow management model. This study aims to explore the construction of maintain and incentives mechanism of DG company's 90 s front-line staff, provide scientific decision-making reference to the related human resources management policies, and provide theoretical and practical reference for the 90 s front-line staff management of China's oil gas station.
