Industrial enterprises in the statistical process also encountered some problems in common.Study on the industrial statistics in the eastern coastal areas have some significance.Some suggestions and countermeasures we put forward will be help to other parts’ statistical work.In this paper, We grasp of local industrial statistics service of the W district through field research, literature research, seminars research and other methods.we study statistics situation of industrial enterprises above designated size with the meticulous management theory and new public administration theory.We will examine the following scale industrial companies with a law of large numbers and central limit theory.There are lots of reasons about the problems of industrial statistics,For example,industrial enterprises statistics team instability,lack of scientific standing books and records,sensitive Index is difficult to calculate accurately and so on. Those reasons make the Industrial statistics service failed to carry out well.The author suggests a number of recommendations.These approaches can improve industrial statistics service and improve the efficiency of industrial statisticians.We should follow the development trend of economic and social, to alleviate the burden on the grassroot.On the other hand, we need to strengthen data development, promote the standardization of construction statistics.We should also implement an electronic ledger and innovative the working ways of electronic ledger.Finally, we have to strengthen the basic statistics department assessment of industrial enterprises in statistical work.Through above solutions, industry statistics will be better and better.
